Eos. Commentarii Societatis Philologae Polonorum
A peer-reviewed biannual journal devoted to the study of Greek and Roman antiquity and the classical tradition. Founded in 1894 in Lwów (now Lviv) by Ludwik Ćwikliński and published by the Polish Philological Association (Societas Philologa Polonorum), Eos is one of the longest-established scholarly periodicals in Classical Studies.

How to publish with us
Send an anonymised electronic version of your paper in MS Office or Open Document format, and, if necessary, in PDF, to eos@ptf.edu.pl or directly to the editors.
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the editorial guidelines and accompanied by an abstract of about 100–200 words, preferably in English.
Double-blind peer review: each article is assessed by two independent reviewers appointed by the Volume Editor. As a rule, only articles with two favourable reviews are accepted.
Authors receive a PDF copy of their contribution together with a complimentary printed copy of the issue. “Eos” levies no article processing charges.
